You can finance up to 75 percent of your purchase with Highland Asset Management Metals Division. For example, if you were to invest only 25 percent of the full value of the metal and finance the remainder, the results of a price change relative to your investment is multiplied four times the equivalent of an all-cash purchase. With a Highland Asset Management Metals Division account, you can put down as little as 25 percent of your purchase, giving you 4-to-1 investment financing. You can also reduce the financing by increasing your cash investment to take a more conservative approach. The use of credit is for the precious metals investor who wishes to multiply the effect of his or her investment dollars. Those who finance their positions should understand the risks and rewards of financed investments.
